Trouble shooting and troubleshooting:

Maintenance and upkeep:

The use and maintenance of the triplet shall be installed vertically with the bottom surface, and make the drainage valve downward. The direction of flow must be from inlet P to outlet A, not inverted. When a manual drainage triplet is provided, the water must be drained frequently. The way to drain water is: press a drain valve F below the water cup to drain the water and liquid in the cup. If the drain valve is opened but does not drain, dirt blocks the drain channel. Remove the water cup to remove dirt. When changing the starting pressure of the system, lift the knob with self-locking device and rotate it in the direction of "+" to increase the system pressure and in the direction of "-" to reduce the pressure. When the pressure gauge pointer reaches the setting, press the knob to lock. Check whether the air source air path pressure is normal first, and then determine whether the reducing valve is faulty. The spray amount of oil mist can be adjusted, adjusting the throttle valve can meet the requirements of oil mist, generally 1~3 drops of oil per minute can meet the lubrication requirements. Always pay attention to the oil level in the oil cup, keeping it between high and low. The oil cup should be cleaned once a week to prevent dirt from blocking the air pipes and conduits, or the functional reliability of the solenoid valve will be affected. Caution: do not disassemble triplets with air pressure to avoid injury or damage to equipment. Filter element and storage cup of water filter in air source processor should be cleaned and drained regularly.
